RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

General Policy

Please carefully confirm your product options, including color, size, and quantity, before completing your purchase. By successfully placing an order, you agree to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Once a valid return is approved and the returned item is received by our warehouse, please allow approximately three (3) weeks for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

"Open" Status: When your order status is marked as 'Open', you may contact Customer Service to apply for a cancellation or refund. Customer Service will verify the request and notify you if the cancellation is successful.

"Confirmed" Status: Once an order status changes to 'Confirmed' (indicating the order is being processed or dispatched), it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded prior to delivery.

2. General Application Instructions for Returns & Exchanges

For products that meet our return conditions, you must contact Customer Service to initiate the request within the applicable timeframe (see below). Upon receiving official return authorization from our team, the customer must ship the item back to us within three (3) days. Returns sent without prior approval or shipped after this deadline will not be processed.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Timeframe: You must request an exchange or return within 30 days of receipt. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: We will process the refund only after our delivery department has received and inspected the returned goods. Monkeyhomeplus.com will bear the return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: If you request a replacement for the same product, Monkeyhomeplus.com will cover the round-trip shipping fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons:

  • Timeframe: You must request the return within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after our delivery department has received and inspected the item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and the shipping fee for the new item.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the stipulated timeframes (i.e., more than 7 days for personal reasons, or more than 30 days for defective goods).

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are otherwise not in their original condition, which affects secondary sales.

  • Discounted merchandise, clearance items, or products redeemed/purchased using Monkey Points.

  • Goods returned to us without prior authorization from Customer Service.

  • Items explicitly listed as "Non-Returnable" or "Non-Exchangeable" on the official website.
