PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Stock Availability

Due to daily fluctuations in inventory, we strongly advise customers to contact our Customer Service to verify the latest stock status before purchasing any pre-order products. Pre-order quantities are strictly limited and subject to availability while stocks last.

2. Pick-up Arrangements (In-Stock Confirmed)

If our Customer Service has confirmed that your pre-ordered items are in stock, we will arrange for inspection and collection at one of our 5 designated free pick-up points. Goods will be ready for collection 3 working days after the order settlement date. (For details, please refer to: Shopping Guide – Pick-up Points).

3. Unconfirmed Stock Payments

If a customer places an order and makes a payment without prior confirmation of stock availability from Customer Service, and the item is ultimately out of stock, the customer may contact us to check the latest delivery status or to arrange a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Except as expressly stated in Clause 3 and Clause 6 of these terms, all paid pre-orders are final. They cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded in any form.

5. Payment Options

Customers may choose between two payment methods for pre-orders:

Full Payment: Pay the entire amount online, then proceed to our 5 designated free pick-up points for inspection and collection.

40% Deposit: Pay a 40% deposit online, then proceed to our 5 designated free pick-up points for inspection, payment of the remaining balance, and collection. Please note: Balance payments at pick-up points are only accepted via Bank Transfer, Cash, or Other online payment.

6. Quality Issues & Returns

In the event of a product quality issue, the customer must first provide photographic evidence to support the return request. To be eligible for a refund, you must ensure that all original product security labels and tags remain strictly attached and intact. We will process the refund only upon accepting the valid return. Otherwise, no refund or return will be accepted under any circumstances.

7. Activity Modifications

Monkeyhomeplus.com reserves the right to alter the dates, times, or duration of any pre-order activity without prior notice, including adjustments made due to high order volume or heavy network traffic.

8. Force Majeure

Hodee Production Limited (operating as Monkeyhomeplus.com and Monkey Home Plus) shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such "force majeure" circumstances include, but are not limited to: fire, accidents, natural disasters, governmental laws, orders, or regulations (including those of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), strikes, labor disputes, material or product shortages, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.

9. Final Decision

Hodee Production Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hodee Production Limited shall be final and conclusive.
