Shipping Service Options

For Home Delivery, we offer the following three options for any order amount:

Option 1: SF Express (Freight Collect)

Pay the shipping fee directly to the SF Express courier upon delivery.

Option 2: $200 Delivery & Voucher Package

Pay a $200 delivery fee and receive $200 back in the form of Cash Vouchers (Four $50 Vouchers) for future use.

Option 3: Flat Rate Delivery ($130)

Pay a flat delivery fee of $130. (Note: This option excludes remote areas and outlying islands).

Delivery Terms & Instructions

No Address Modifications: Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, the customer cannot change the shipping address.

Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped sequentially after payment confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and logistical conditions.

Inventory Constraints: The final fulfillment of purchased goods is strictly subject to the actual stock availability at Monkey Home.

Delayed Deliveries: If you have not received your package or heard from the courier company within 1 to 2 days after the estimated arrival date, please contact our Customer Service team for tracking assistance.

After-Sales Support: If you discover any issues with the received goods or have general inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for follow-up.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes regarding shipping and delivery, Monkey Home reserves the right to make the final and conclusive decision.

Special Arrangement (Adverse Weather)

Delivery and pick-up services will be suspended and delayed if a Typhoon Warning Signal (No. 8 or above), a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, or if we determine that weather conditions are unsafe for transit. This suspended period will not be counted towards your estimated delivery timeframe. In such events, our team or the courier will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
